**COVID-19: FULL PAY FOR CARE WORKERS**
Salford City UNISON have received confirmation that Salford City Council has informed the city’s care providers that they will support them to ensure that frontline workers (i.e. those responsible for direct provision of care) will NOT BE OUT OF POCKET through Covid-19 related absences incurred by following government guidance.
This is a massive success, but all over the country there are care workers without that level of protection, so please sign this petition to ensure that all care workers receive full pay from day one of any Coronavirus-related absence.
